Sunday Club
For our younger church members
Children are always very welcome at Otley Parish Church.
Sunday Club runs almost every Sunday and is open to all children from age 1 up to the end of primary school and meets most Sundays.
Our aim is that Sunday Club should be fun for children and a place where their faith will grow and develop. We want our children to have a growing sense of who God is and begin to develop a personal knowledge of Jesus.
Sunday Club registration takes place as you come into church for the Sunday service. Children stay with parents or carers at the start of the service before going out for their activities.
Parents and carers of children of Year 2 age and younger should collect them from the Parish Room when notified. Children in Year 3 and above will come and find their adults in church when they have finished.
Some Sundays, all the children stay together and are offered a range of age-appropriate activities in the Parish room. On other Sundays, children from Year 3 to 6 have their own group which meets in "The Chestnuts", our church house just next door to the church.
From time-to-time, when there is an all-age service, children stay in church with their families.
